Circuit Training

Each class includes 8-16 stations that target a specific muscle group. Each exercise is 20 to 60 seconds, followed by a brief rest period. The workout includes 3 to 4 rounds, allowing members to cycle through each station multiple times. To further challenge participants, 2 to 3-minute burnouts are added at the end, focusing on high-intensity movements. This structured approach not only builds strength and endurance but also keeps workouts engaging, motivating, and community-oriented.

Stability Sculpt is the perfect complement to our higher-intensity classes, helping you enhance overall stability and strength. It’s particularly beneficial for postpartum mamas and individuals in rehabilitation, allowing them to safely engage their muscles.
