Circuit training is a structured workout class that includes 8-16 stations that participants cycle through the stations several times.
Each day of the week is focused on a different muscle group and the circuit for each class is the same for the whole day. You can see which days target which muscle groups on our program page.

We do not have open gym times. Our facility is set up specifically for circuit training. Please see our class schedule to register for our classes.

Our classes are designed to be challenging and approachable for all levels. There are opportunities throughout class to modify exercises and work with the instructor to make sure you understand what is going on!
Please check in with the instructor before and during class if you have any questions or concerns! We are here to support you.

Wear light, breathable clothing that you can sweat in. Gym shoes/running shoes work great for our classes.
Please also bring a water bottle and feel free to bring a small towel.
We have ear plugs available for those who do not want to hear the loud music.

At this time we only accept registration and payment through our “MindBody” system. We do not accept payment of any type at the gym.
